when did you start drawing?

Honestly, I’ve been drawing my whole life, I remember putting paper up to the tv to trace whatever video I paused it on or copy what I saw in Pokemon books.

During school I learnt to draw more on my own without tracing or copying, but was always heavily inspired from other artworks. I continued and did 2d art mainly but I also used a mouse to draw art on ms paint too! I got into using gimp before moving onto sai, drawing directly onto a pc screen (it was a chunky all in one touchscreen) and that was in my late teens/early 20s!

After running that pc to its deathbed I saved up half a decade to get a laptop and tablet and have been drawing on that since!

Overall, I can’t think I of a time I wasn’t drawing. Im not the worlds greatest artist, but I enjoy doing it and can see how much I’ve grown and still am! But it’s never too late. You can start today and in a week see an improvement, then a month goes by and you’re even better! The one thing to do is never give up 💛
